We are not defined by the work we have done, only informed by it. We are always interested in what is possible next.
We work in an exploratory way. We’re interested in working with individuals and organisations that want to discover what’s possible rather than what has always been.
We are interested in genuine collaborations. We know that real potential exists when different professions work together – when we create together what we would not do alone. In bringing different disciplines and professions together we inherently explore new ground and here new ideas, innovations and effective ways of working can be found.
People and their potential are at the heart of what we do whether we are working with services, professionals, community members, patients or artists. We believe that good, respectful and positive relationships are good for people, the work they do and the lives they lead.
We work in ways that are positive, affirming and proactive and aim to inspire dynamic ways of working that catalyse useful change.
We are a learning organisation. We encourage reflective practice so that we can learn from and build upon the work we do.
Our projects are developed in a number of ways. Some are initiated by other individuals, services and organisations that approach us with the beginnings of an idea or even a fully worked up brief. Other projects develop because we have a particularly strong interest and we work with different partners to make them happen.
We think good things can come from good conversations. If you would like to talk to us, give us a call.
