Open Art are currently delivering Critical Connections, the Arts and Health development initiative for Yorkshire and The Humber. It is a strategic partnership between Arts Council England, Yorkshire and the Regional Public Health Group that aims to:

• Develop confidence, thinking and practice around the arts and health in Yorkshire and the Humber region
• Develop resources and information in order that professionals within the arts and health sectors are better informed
• Raise awareness of and a heightened profile for the arts and health through targeted advocacy

The programme strands include advocacy, events, information and guidance, network development and a web resource for the region.
